LG has just announced that it will be launching its latest flagship smartphone, G5, in India in the next quarter. The LG G5 with unique modular design was unveiled at the Mobile World Congress 2016 in Barcelona. So far there's no word on the India pricing, but if we were to speculate it could easily touch Rs 50,000. The modular design allows users to swap in modules such as batteries, camera module, Hi-Fi audio chip, smart controller and lots more. LG also has unveiled a slew of accessories, called LG Friends, such as LG 360 VR, LG 360 CAM and LG Rolling Bot with the G5. It is not clear whether the company would launch these accessories in India.

LG G5 specifications and features: The LG G5 has a 5.3-inch QHD IPS display with 554 ppi. It runs Android Marshmallow and is powered by Snapdragon 820 processor along with 4GB LPDDR4 RAM. The smartphone comes with 32GB UFS ROM, and supports expandable storage up to 2TB via microSD.
