iPhone 6s Plus vs Samsung Galaxy Note 7 in the performance test

In this experiment, guys from PhoneBuff did not use synthetic benchmarks: the purpose of the experiment was not a comparison of the technical characteristics of the gadget. The main thing for the average user – how a smartphone behaves in everyday tasks. So here we go – iPhone 6s Plus vs Samsung Galaxy Note 7.

During the testing, the two devices are alternately opened one and the same set of programs, starting from the "Camera" and "Photo" to the games. To evaluate the efficiency of work in the background, in PhoneBuff all applications opened twice in a circle.

On the first seconds of video is obvious that the iPhone 6s Plus is on par with the Galaxy Note 7. However, when it comes to games, "apple" device immediately pulled forward. The gap of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 dramatically increases when you try to create a video in the mobile video editor. iPhone 6s Plus in seconds coped with rendering and moved to the following applications, while the Korean smartphone worked on the video for a long time.

As a result, when Apple smartphone fully passed the test, when South Korea's flagship just finished the first round! And this is despite the fact that the Samsung gadget has 4 GB of RAM vs 2 GB in iPhone 6s Plus.

According to PhoneBuff,  iPhone 6s Plus has completed the test with a score of 1 minute 51 seconds, and the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 – 2 minutes 49 seconds. This competition shows once again that in the first place for developers should be the optimization of the operating system and software for it, and "hardware" – on the second place.
