Meizu has been dormant for a quite a while now, but it seems that the Chinese smartphone brand is gradually waking up from its slumber. Recently, Meizu announced that they will be unveiling their next budget phablet namely the m3 Note at an event in China on April 6. Well, it's worth noting that another Chinese counterpart Huawei will be the hitting the stage on the same date to unveil their flagship P9 smartphone.

Incidentally the Meizu m3 Note is not the only smartphone that will be launched imminently, in fact the latest Pro series smartphone namely the Meizu Pro 6 is next up the pipeline. Apparently the flagship smartphone was spotted in a number of hands on images in China thereby revealing its external appearance.
From the hands-on photos of the Gold and White variant of the smartphone, it seems that the Meizu Pro 6 will its design elements similar to its predecessor, the Pro 5. This include the metal unibody design with the iPhone like antenna patches on the rear. In fact, prior to the launch of the iPhone 5SE many were referring to the leaked images of the Meizu Pro 6 as the next Apple iPhone 7.

The leaked hands-on photos of the device sourced from China further reveal a 2.5D curved glass front and the presence of a characteristic m-touch Fingerprint sensor cum Home button. In a surprise move Meizu engineers have placed the headphone jack of their Pro 6 smartphone at the bottom instead of the top. This is closely flanked by a USB Type C port.
Off late, Meizu's plan to reveal 7 new smartphones throughout the span of 2016 got leaked. This includes the Meizu MX6, MX6 Mini, Pro 6 Mini and many others apart from recently leaked Meizu m3 Note.
