Microsoft Lumia 950: Don’t Even Think About It

News By Mario Caballero | February 9, 2016

Sure, it comes with the new Windows 10, brand-new and it's also been very talked-about too. The latest flagship smartphone to join the overcrowded smartphone market has finally arrived, in the form of a Microsoft Lumia 950. It sounds nice, looks classy, but does it mean that it's user-friendly, and just how much would you think the demand for it will be?

For those unfamiliar, the Microsoft Lumia 950 sports a 5.2-inch display and a resolution of 1440 x 2560 with 564ppi. What powers up the insides of the phone is the Snapdragon 808 processor, and it also has 32GB of storage room (that could be expandable to 200GB), and there is 3GB of RAM. Its AMOLED display serves as a pretty energy-efficient element too; when the screen displays blacks, it actually goes off too.

Up until now, you may think it's all the good we've been talking about, but like all phones, this comes with a downside too. The major turn-off of the phone seems to be its lack of apps that are offered, despite of having an overall software that's good on its own. So, while it probably wouldn't gain marks for originality, you still shouldn't be considering this phone (there are really lots of better and cheaper ones on other platforms). Tell us your thoughts on this phone that's been gaining never-ending popularity in the market.
