Samsung Electronics has launched the Dual SIM edition of its Galaxy Note 5 flagship smartphone in India. The Galaxy Note5 Dual SIM mainly targets users who travel frequently, enabling them to operate a secondary mobile number like an international SIM card along with their primary mobile number instead of carrying multiple phones. The device also enables users to operate different mobile numbers for their personal and professional lives, typically corporates, by managing them separately on a single device.
The Galaxy Note 5 includes 4 GB LPDDR4 RAM. The device is equipped with multiple features designed and implemented by the R&D team in India. Ranging from the multimedia capabilities of the Galaxy Note5 to some of the browser functions, the Indian R&D team has played a key role in the overall development of the device.
The Galaxy Note5 Dual SIM edition is now available in India, at a best buy price of INR 51,400 for the 32 GB memory variant and INR 57,400 for the 64 GB memory variant. Samsung, in partnership with Airtel, will offer a 12-month 4G data offering for customers of the Galaxy Note 5 Dual SIM. The smartphone will be available in Gold Platinum, Black Sapphire and Silver Titanium colors.
