The LeEco Le Max 2 is the most powerful device LeEco had introduced to this day. This is a 5.7-inch phablet, which is made out of metal and it sports unibody design. The 21-megapixel OIS snapper is placed on its back, and below it, you'll notice the fingerprint scanner. The Snapdragon 820 SoC is also a part of this package, and even though this is not exactly one of the cheapest devices out there, it might be perfect for some of you.

The Meizu M3 Note is one of the best Chinese mid-range devices. This smartphone also offers a fingerprint scanner, and it packs in a 5.5-inch fullHD display, 2GB / 3GB of RAM and 16GB / 32GB of native storage. The phone is fueled by MediaTek's Helio P10 64-bit octa-core processor, and it packs more than enough power overall. On top of all this, it is also worth mentioning that a 4,100mAh battery is also included here and should be more than enough to get you through the day.

8. OnePlus X

The OnePlus X is not yet officially available in most regions, but you can still purchase it in through Chinese resellers. This is a 5-inch smartphone which comes with 3GB of RAM and is fueled by the Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor. The device also ships with a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera, and the aforementioned 5-inch display features HD resolution. The phone is made out of metal and glass, which makes it look quite premium, even though this is just a mid-range smartphone.

The Huawei Mate 9 is right around the corner, but until it arrives, the Mate 8 is Huawei's flagship phablet. This is a gorgeous looking smartphone which has lots to offer, even though its specifications aren't exactly top of the line anymore. The device comes with a 5.7-inch fullHD display, 3GB / 4GB of RAM and 32GB / 64GB of expandable native storage. The 16-megapixel OIS camera is placed on its back, and the phone comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box with Huawei's Emotion UI on top of it.

The Meizu PRO 5 was introduced last September, and even though it's not exactly the most recent Meizu-branded smartphone, it is still one of the most powerful ones. This handset is fueled by the Exynos 7420 64-bit octa-core processor by Samsung, and it packs in 3GB / 4GB of RAM. The device is made out of metal, and it sports a fingerprint scanner as well, it is built into the phone's physical home button.

The ZUK Z2 Pro is quite probably one of the least popular devices on this list, but simply because not many people have heard of the ZUK brand. Lenovo is actually behind this company, and the Z2 Pro is a very compelling smartphone. It offers high-end specifications, and a really sleek build, with thin side bezels. The phone sports a 5.2-inch fullHD Super AMOLED display, 4GB / 6GB of RAM and it is fueled by the Snapdragon 820 64-bit quad-core SoC.

The Meizu PRO 6 is Meizu's current flagship smartphone. This device is made out of metal, it sports a 5.2-inch AMOLED display, and it offers a rather interesting antenna design which keeps them out of the way. The device is fueled by the Helio X25 64-bit deca-core processor, and it comes with 4GB of RAM and 32GB / 64GB of non-expandable internal storage. Android 6.0 Marshmallow comes pre-installed on the device, and on top of it, you'll be able to find Meizu's Flyme UI.

The Huawei P9 and P9 Plus are Huawei's current flagship smartphones. These two devices have launched earlier this year, and aside from the metal build and really compelling specs in general, they also boast a really capable camera sensors. Each of these two devices comes with a set of two 12-megapixel cameras from Sony, and the devices are capable of taking some really nice shots, as you've been able to notice in our Huawei P9 review.

The Xiaomi Mi 5 (& Mi 5 Pro) have been announced back in February during the Mobile World Congress. Despite the fact it has been quite some time since the Mi 5 was announced, this is still Xiaomi's most powerful handset, by far, and a really compelling purchase, that's for sure. The 5.15-inch fullHD display, 3GB / 4GB of RAM and the Snapdragon 820 64-bit quad-core processor are included here, amongst other specs.

The OnePlus 3 is company's latest and greatest smartphone. This is one of the best smartphones around if you consider its price, specs and general performance. The OnePlus 3 sports a 5.5-inch fullHD Optic AMOLED display, 6GB of RAM and 64GB of native storage. The phone is made entirely out of metal, and it sports a fingerprint scanner up front. Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow comes pre-installed here, and on top of it, you get OnePlus' OxygenOS (or HydrogenOS if you purchase a Chinese variant of the device).
