HTC One M9 Prime Camera Edition

HTC One M9 Prime Camera Edition sports a metal unibody and a 5-inch full HD display, just like One M9.

Sure, it has a new flagship smartphone on the way in the 10, but HTC has now chose to launch a new version of last year's top of the line offering. The HTC One M9 Prime Camera Edition actually looks like the HTC One M9, but some specs have been changed to create this new device, which, from its name, focuses on the camera aspect of the smartphone.

It seems the One M9 Prime Camera Edition has only been announced for Poland where it can purchase on a payment plan for PLN 99.99. Talking about the optical front, this device has witnessed some downgrade from 20MP/4MP to 13MP/4UP camera package.

Moreover, as per the report, the Prime Camera edition variant is available on contract with a price tag of Euro 22.70 (approx Rs. 1,700) per month for a period of 24 months. It is powered by a 2.2 GHz Octa Core MediaTek Helio X10 MT6795T Processor with 2GB of RAM. There is no word about its global rollout. The device is backed by a 2,840 mAh battery.

Speaking of specifications, the HTC One M9 Prime Camera Edition comes with a 5-inch FullHD screen with a 1080x1920 pixels resolution. Priced at roughly around $565 (which is about Rs 37,587 in INR), the HTC S9 looks like a follow-up to last year's M9 in looks. The phone packs 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 200GB via a microSD card. On the software front, it runs on Android Lollipop wrapped under Sense UI.
