HTC is gearing up to launch their next Flagship smartphone, the HTC 10 in a couple of days with invites sent out a couple of weeks back. During the HTC 10 launch even, the Taiwanese firm is also expected to unleash a new Desire smartphone.
The HTC One M10 didn't get revealed at the MWC but we have seen some leaks and images of the handset and they seem to suggest that there isn't anything special about it. While the device has already been leaked before today, along with a number of teaser images from HTC itself, two new photos have surfaced from Dutch site GSM Helpdesk, giving us the clearest look at the smartphone so far. Carrying the hashtag #powerof10, the video has HTC saying that it "obsessively perfected every optical detail" on the upcoming smartphone's camera.
HTC has started teasing several key features of HTC 10 on its social media channels.
However, just because the speakers are gone it doesn't mean the HTC 10 won't feature stereo audio. It is expected to pack a 3,000mAh battery which will come with fast charging support. With the HTC 10 said to have a 5.15-inch Quad HD display and Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 processor, that battery will be able to provide a full day's use for most people. The Fingerprint sensor is most likely in the Home button. For graphics, it will have Adreno 530 GPU. Needless to say the smartphone will be running the latest Android Marshmallow v6.0.1 which comes with new features like Google Now on Tap, Doze and a completely redesigned app icons.
In a teaser video posted to Twitter, the company told potential customers that the HTC 10 will work "crazy, long hours" along with them. The Taiwanese tech giant will allow users to view the livestream of the launch event on HTC's website. There is no word about its pricing and availability.
