Samsung unveils Galaxy S7 flagship phones in Bahrain

The Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge are Samsung's latest premium smartphones that were introduced last month at the Mobile World Congress trade show held in Barcelona, Spain. With AT&T and T-Mobile fully aware of the competition that exists in the market from players such as Sprint and Verizon, the need to jump in with such deals and promos is inevitable.

Samsung Gulf Electronics has also announced the launch of the Galaxy Entertainer application in conjunction with the launch of its flagship smartphones. You can find more information about T-Mobile's Galaxy S7 BOGO promo here.

After its launch, the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge got rave reviews from technical experts primarily because of the "notable upgrades" that the devices got.

Now available for pre-ordering, the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge are set to be released Friday.

Both devices feature a new dust-resistant design as well as a new waterproof design that ensures they keep running even after half an hour under water, according to Samsung.

Local consumers can pay between 500,000 won and 700,000 won for the phones depending on pay plans offered by the country's telecom operators. At the time of buying, you will also pay sales tax for the two devices. Customers will receive up to $695 in bill credits for the free phone spread out over 30 monthly bills for the second device, according to the company. The AT&T offer applies to qualified AT&T mobile service plans, including its Mobile Share Value plans, which start at $70 a month for two lines. Moreover, Samsung's key rival Apple has also been seeing some weakness of late, with iPhone sales projected to fall for the first time during the first quarter of 2016 amid relatively weak uptake for the 6S series. With this collaboration, Samsung customers will be better protected with anti-malware technology that is already helping to provide a more secure mobile experience to more than 40 million Samsung Galaxy users globally.
