Chinese smartphone-maker Oppo has unveiled the new camera-oriented handset, called F1, in Vietnam.
The key aspect of Oppo F1 is its front-camera. It boasts feature-rich 8MP camera with f/2.0 aperture, ¼-inch sensor, Beautify v3.0 tool and also a special software to brighten the display to bring out a flash-like effect while taking a selfie similar to the top-end Apple iPhone 6S series.On the back, it packs a 13MP camera with f/2.2 aperture and single-LED flash.
Other notable features include a full-metal cover on the rear, a 5.0-inch HD screen, Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, Snapdragon 616 octa-core processor, 3GB RAM, 16GB inbuilt storage and a 2,500-mAh cell.

The new Oppo F1 pre-order service is already live on Vietnam's e-commerce site The Gioididong (HERE) for VND 6,490,000 (around $290/€266/Rs 19,380) in Copper Yellow colour.
In a related development, Oppo is hosting a F-series smartphone launch event on 28 January in Mumbai. We believe the company will announce the F1's price and release details for the Indian market.
