Samsung Electronics was able to reclaim the No. 1 spot in the US smartphone market thanks to strong sales of its latest Galaxy S7 flagship smartphone.

Samsung, Korean smartphone giant has announced a bunch of discounts and offers, under which it will sell a range of smartphones at a price of Rs 1.

Rumours have been circulating about Samsung's Galaxy Note 6 in recent weeks, with anticipation already building in the lead-up to Samsung's next flagship smartphone.

As far as other reports regarding the upcoming device's specs and features, the Note 6 is reportedly going to be slightly larger than its previous 5.8-inch iteration.

The Internet is full of rumors regarding the much-awaited iPhone 7, but also about its competition with Samsung Galaxy Note 6.

However, the prospect of the device running Android N on release date could prove as the biggest selling point of the Galaxy Note 6. It also would make sense to go with the most capable SoC available, given that the Note is marketed as a high-end device for productivity and performance.

Samsung Galaxy J7 is powered by an octa-core processor coupled with 3GB RAM while Galaxy J5 has a quad-core processor paired with 2GB RAM. Other than smartphones, the company is also offering deals on TVs, ACs, Refrigerators, washing machines and microwave. Sure, 256GB of storage space should be plenty to store your favorite music in FLAC and videos in 4K format, whereas the 4,200mAh battery could be sufficient enough to power the phablet with beefy hardware. As can be seen, in terms of storage and battery capacity, the new rumor differentiates from earlier ones. The Samsung Galaxy Note 6 Edge supposedly will be released together with the standard display Galaxy Note 6. It is unclear whether the USB Type-C will support the new USB 3.1 standard or the older one.
