The fifth flagship smartphone that will be launched in 2017 is dubbed as Galaxy X smartphone.
Most interesting, however, is what SamMobile calls the Galaxy X - a revolutionary foldable smartphone, which can expand to be used as a tablet. Despite Samsung having initially stated that it would be slowing down production of its smartphones in order to avoid over-saturating the market, this new report suggests that the company has changed its mind for 2017, and will instead be looking to compete with the likes of Apple's iPhone 7 with a number of products spread across the 12 month period. Even though the regular S7 pairing does include base-level protection against water and dust, the S7 Active will apparently be built to MIL-STD-810G standards.
Samsung had launched its first curved screen smartphone, Galaxy Note Edge in 2014. Not only do they bring the two phones up to the very latest version of Android, but they also add a notable feature with built-in video calling and add the very latest Android security patches. The South Korean tech giant is expected to release Galaxy Note 6 in August. Samsung is going to have all the resources it needs to create a brilliant flagship, and seeing how Apple is doing so poorly then it looks like we might be witnessing the coronation of a brand new tech company as king of the smartphone business, though this may be an overstatement. After almost three years in development, it seems that Samsung may finally launch the world's first foldable smartphone.
Toronto Raptors vs. Cleveland Cavaliers NBA Playoffs Odds, PredictionOf note, Lowry has struggled mightily in the playoffs, but seemed to turn the corner towards the back half of the series vs. It's pretty logical to think that the poll was simply a couple days old, from before the Raptors beat the Heat in Game 7.
The benefits of this fold are that it can create a more versatile device in the Galaxy X, with easy storage in bags and pockets when folded into a 5 inch device and easy work-related handling when expanded to 7 inches.
Having picked up its FCC certification, this certainly means that the Samsung Galaxy J2 is not too far away from being released to the masses. The phone is also said to come with 6GB RAM and Adreno 530 GPU.
We are not sure whether it is Blass' own speculation or the official name Samsung is giving to the product, but it looks like the coloration may be named "desert camo". "Although mass-production can not be concluded hastily since Samsung Electronics still has few other major tasks to complete, I've heard that Samsung Electronics had made a considerable amount of results in the time being." said the industry source.
