OnePlus 2 leaked images show new design

NEW DELHI: Less than a week is left for the launch of OnePlus 2, but the smartphone's specifications and images have been leaked by Chinese certification agency TENAA.

The images show that the upcoming OnePlus flagship will look quite similar to its predecessor complete with the sandstone back panel, but feature a metal frame on the sides. On the back, the camera setup now includes a laser-focus system, which we have seen previously in LG G4 smartphone.

Additionally, the design is a little tweaked, as the smartphone will have a hardware Home button, which was missing in the first model. This Home button has likely been added to accommodate the fingerprint sensor, which the company says will be faster than Apple's TouchID.

On the left side the sim card slot, wherea s the volume rocker and power buttons are placed on the right.

OnePlus has already announced a few features of its upcoming smartphone, including 4GB RAM, 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 810 chipset, 4G support, and 3,300mAh battery. The company has also confirmed that it will be smaller in size than OnePlus One.

Other rumoured features of OnePlus 2 are 13MP rear camera with dual-LED flash, 5MP front camera, and 32GB internal storage.
