The Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge are two of the most popular – and well designed – smartphones of 2015, despite the recent security SCARE.

Samsung is bringing a new splash of colour to its flagship smartphone and, unless you're a fan of eye-spanking turquoise, you are probably best sticking to the original colour lineup.

Britons will be able to buy the hugely popular Galaxy S6 in Blue Topaz and the S6 Edge in Emerald Green

When the South Korean technology giant introduced its new Galaxy smartphones earlier this year, the pair were was available in Black Sapphire, White Pearl and Gold Platinum.

From the beginning of next month – Britons will be able to buy the hugely popular Galaxy S6 in Blue Topaz and the S6 Edge in Emerald Green.

According to Samsung, the Emerald Green Galaxy S6 edge will be stocked by all major high street retailers and network operators including Carphone Warehouse, Three, EE, Vodafone and O2.

The Blue Topaz Galaxy S6 will be available to purchase exclusively from Samsung Experience Stores and Carphone Warehouse from July 1st to August 12th 2015.

Both new colours are available to pre-order today.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 sports a 5.1inch Quad HD display, 2.1GHz processor and 16 megapixel rear camera. Although, some rumours suggest the South Korean firm is currently working on a larger screen version.

Samsung last month unveiled a limited edition Iron Man themed variation of the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge.

The South Korean company confirmed it would only release 1,000 handsets as part of its limited edition collaboration with Marvel Studios.

Samsung ships the Iron Man handset, which sports a gold drawing of the Iron Man helmet, with a wireless charging dock designed to look like the Arc Reactor used by Tony Stark in the Marvel film franchise.

Avengers: Age of Ultron is the eleventh film in Marvel Cinematic Universe and the direct sequel to The Avengers – which became the third highest-grossing film of all-time after its release in 2012.

Iron Man, played by Robert Downey Jr, is one of the main protagonists in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, or MCU.

Samsung released a Marvel Avengers theme for its Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge last month.

The limited edition theme includes a choice of custom wallpapers, lock screens and app icons.
